WHAT WILL YOU DO?




You'll help keep the property looking its absolute best by:
Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
Inspecting rooms and public areas
Monitoring productivity and workflow
Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
Handling guest requests and special requirements
Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
Supporting the team with daily operational issues
Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
ARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM LEADER?
We're looking for someone who is:Reliable and organised Confident and ready to lead Detail-oriented A strong communicator Proud of their work Comfortable working rotating rosters, weekends and public holidays
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience
Experience with room allocations
Experience using Opera and HubOS
Valid working rights in Australia
