Visy is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on trades and site-based recruitment.
You will own your portfolio end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers to deliver rapid, high-quality hiring outcomes while building sustainable pipelines to reduce agency reliance.
You will recruit electricians, fitters and other site-based trades, manage screening, interviews and onboarding, and ensure compliance with EBAs and awards.
