Job Description
The Rowing Pavilion in Perth, WA is hiring an Assistant Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experiences, and a welcoming setting in office.
The role involves supervising front-of-house teams, coordinating shifts, and helping with training and performance feedback.
You will assist with bookings, events, and coordination with kitchen and bar teams, while monitoring stock levels and ensuring safety, licensing compliance and venue presentation.
