St Vincent's Health Australia's Aboriginal Health Unit at St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney, is seeking a Senior Aboriginal Health Worker to deliver culturally safe care to First Nations patients and families.
You will provide holistic social, emotional, and advocacy support, conduct culturally secure assessments, and work within multidisciplinary teams to support patient care, discharge planning, and community partnerships.
