Job Description
Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Lead to drive end-to-end ITOM delivery across Discovery, CMDB, and orchestration.
You will design and implement scalable ITOM solutions, ensure CMDB health, and integrate monitoring tools across AWS/Azure/GCP.
The role requires 7+ years of ITOM and robust scripting with API experience.
You will mentor teams, align withinfra/cloud/DevOps,and support a hybrid work model.
CSA certification is mandatory, with preferred ITOM certifications.
