Bailey Nelson is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Paddington store to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist, own the store two days a week, manage the appointment book, and coach staff to drive performance.
This hands-on role focuses on service, leadership development, and internal promotion as we expand across ANZ.
