Glencore Australia invites applications for an experienced Chef Manager to lead catering services at a tungsten mining operation in the Desailly region.
You will manage a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster, oversee in office meals and accommodation for residents, initially 80 and growing to 180, while ensuring safety standards.
The role requires a minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery and proven supervisory experience in mine site or remote catering, with HACCP compliance.
