Savers Australia Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the Retail Manager in leading the Retail Operations team.
You will drive sales, coach the team and ensure excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store.
You will lead on the floor, mentor staff and step in when the Retail or Store Manager is unavailable.
You will be a hands-on leader with a passion for developing others and delivering results, while contributing to solid store performance,
