Hewitt Foods in West Gosford is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to supervise daily production activities and support the production team on the floor.
You will coordinate workflows, drive KPIs, ensure quality and safety standards, and partner with the Production Supervisor to develop people and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
This hands-on role requires solid communication, problem-solving, and the ability to balance operational priorities
