Job Description
Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Lived Experience Lead to strengthen peer practice across our Mental Health and Wellbeing Local.
You will provide leadership, supervision and development to Peer Workers, translating lived experience into service delivery and improvement.
You will work with the local leadership team to bring consumer, carer and family perspectives into planning and decisions, supporting growth and advocacy across the program.
