Senior Control Systems Engineer - 8:6 FIFO
This FIFO prospect offers the chance to join a major gold mining operation, providing frontline process control engineering support across a complex processing plant environment.
Working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, reliability and performance of site-wide control systems while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting operational excellence.
Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to support the ongoing operation, maintenance and optimisation of critical automation and control systems at a large-scale mining and processing operation.
Reporting to the Superintendent,



this role will provide technical leadership across distributed control systems, PLCs, SCADA platforms, industrial networks and plant historian systems, ensuring assets remain protected, available and fit for purpose.
You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex control issues, supporting root cause investigations, managing system modifications, executing improvement projects and partnering with operational stakeholders to maximise plant performance and reliability.
This position is offered on an 8:6 roster to Western Australia's Pilbara region.
