Mallesons is seeking an Early Careers Advisor in Melbourne to partner with the Early Careers Manager in delivering administrative support, HRIS reporting and employee lifecycle activities for clerks and graduates.
This role focuses on making Mallesons the employer of choice for early careers cohorts and ensuring their development and growth within the firm.
You will coordinate end-to-end clerkship recruitment, support induction and onboarding, and liaise with universities and student societies
