Metro South Health in Logan Hospital seeks a Clinical Midwifery Consultant – Maternity Patient Flow to provide advanced midwifery and operational leadership.
You will oversee patient flow, capacity, and resource coordination to ensure protected, timely, high-quality care across the maternity service.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams, senior nursing and midwifery leaders to optimise service delivery, monitor KPIs and drive quality improvements in a culturally safe, woman-centred model.
