This full time, on-site role involves prospecting for new listings, conducting property appraisals, and coordinating open homes and inspections.
You will advise clients on market conditions, prepare marketing materials, liaise with solicitors and lenders, and negotiate offers and contracts while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering outstanding customer service.
