Help maintain consistency, visibility and reporting discipline across multiple concurrent work streams
Support project governance, document control and delivery reporting across a large-scale deployment program
Help shape the delivery rhythm, reporting standards and coordination approach as the PMO scales
Skills You'll Ideally Have
3+ years' experience as a PMO Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer or similar
Proven PMO experience across large-scale infrastructure, telco, construction, utilities, technology infrastructure, data centre or multi-site deployment programs
Strong recent Australian project delivery experience, ideally working with local stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams
Strong experience with schedules, RAID/action tracking, status reporting, governance packs, meeting cadence and documentation control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Confidence working with Senior PMs, technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and project tracking/reporting capability
Exposure to MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be beneficial
Ability to bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving program environment
