Job Description
Simonds Homes in Adelaide is seeking a full-time Maintenance & Warranty Supervisor to oversee inspections and service requests across the Adelaide region.
You will coordinate with contractors, manage costs, and uphold high standards of workmanship on residential homes.
Reporting to the Maintenance & Warranty Manager, you will deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and ensure secure work practices in line with WHSE policy and Simonds guidelines.
