Grampians Health Horsham invites motivated pharmacists to join our casual workforce as a Pharmacist – Grade 1 or Grade 2, delivering services across Horsham and Stawell campuses.
In a versatile casual role, you will provide high‐quality clinical pharmacy services, support patient flow, and mentor learners within a collaborative, team‐based environment.
AHPRA general registration is required; hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
