Opportunity to take ownership of the building and build solid relationships with residents, committees and contractors
About You
3 - 4+ years' experience in Building Management
Strong knowledge of day-to-day building operations




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong contractor and maintenance management experience
A proactive approach to building presentation, compliance and service delivery
The ambition to develop and progress their career within the industry
