El Jannah is seeking a passionate Field Trainer to join our Training team across the restaurant network.
You will coach Franchise Partners and Restaurant Leaders, deliver masterclasses, and sign off competency standards to lift performance and guest experience.
Based in Sydney, you'll help rollout new processes, support current openings, and travel to sites as needed to build capability and maintain high operational excellence across the network.
