Job Description
The Hospital Research Foundation Group Parkinson's team seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Parkinson's Nurse Specialist in a 0.6 FTE role.
You will provide individualised community-based care including case management, advocacy and clinical education within your scope of practice.
Reporting to the Nurse and Healthline Lead, you will operate with high levels of autonomy, deliver advanced nursing care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and
