Your duties will include but are not limited to:



Greeting customers and welcoming them to the Bowens storeMaking coffees for customer and employees to a high standardKeeping the coffee/café area clean and fully stockedAssist the retail team on the counter as neededTo be considered for this role you must demonstrate: Prior experience as a Barista or making coffeeA passion for customer service and be able to build excellent relationshipsBe fast and efficient whilst producing a quality cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolateA self-motivatedapproachDemonstratedability to relate to people at all levels with a passion for understanding customer needsAll applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
