Job Description
MarineMax Brand seeks a Service Advisor in Western Australia to support the Service Manager, service team and customers.
You will gather information from customers to prepare work orders and ensure repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
You will assist scheduling, coordinate with manufacturers for approvals, greet customers, explain work orders to technicians, and invoice completed work.
This role emphasizes safety, quality, and proactive upselling of services and parts.
