ExperiencedCyaraAutomationTesterto support the testing and validation ofenterprise ContactCenteras aService (CCaaS)



platforms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in usingCyara Velocity,Pulse, and Cruncherto automate customer journey testing acrossvoice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customerserviceenvironments.
Therole will work closely with Solution Architects, BusinessAnalysts,Developers,and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-qualitycustomerexperiencesacrosscontactcentertechnologiesandintegrations.
Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ Years of experience
Certifications Needed: None

Interact with Implementation / Support teams
Provide test strategy, test plan, test cases, andexecute tests
