Job Description
Eftsure in North Sydney, Australia seeks a Director of Quality Engineering to define, build, and govern quality across our tech organisation as we move to AI-led software development.
This is an engineering leadership role focused on quality governance, not a QA management or test-automation role.
You will lead QA Engineers across Sydney, Cape Town, and Lyon, own CI/CD gates, and shape how AI-generated and human-written code is validated.
