The role manages internal and external stakeholders, coordinates multi-stream delivery within transformation programs, and drives KPI/SLA adherence for a skilled services account.
Responsibilities include client engagement, delivering against timeframes and budgets, and supporting CSM activities with a focus on business outcomes.
