Job Description
BaptistCare is seeking a Lead Investigator inMowbray/Launceston,TAS, for a full time 12-month maximum-term contract.
You will lead reportable conduct investigations end-to-end, develop plans, and drive improvements across our care services.
Strong knowledge of Tasmanian legislation and regulatory reporting is essential.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on investigation experience, excellent written reports for regulators, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders within a small team
