Hireup in Australia is seeking an Engineering Manager for Internal Systems to own the architectural health of our core platform engines, guide engineers through complex technical challenges, and identify AI-enabled solutions that reduce operational friction.
You will work closely with engineers to evaluate trade-offs, foster cross-team alignment, and lead from the front in applying AI and automation while mentoring a growing team and ensuring delivery of a reliable platform infrastructure.
