Job Description
CGC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join a well-regarded WA builder on a $100m apartment/mixed-use development near Perth CBD.
This permanent, site-based role partners with the Project Manager and site team to manage procurement, cost control, variations and progress claims, with robust systems and a supported head office.
Salary up to AUD 200k + Super with clear career progression and a stable project pipeline.
