About the role
Managing front desk phone systems and handling all client interactions with care
Hands on management of social media planning, creation and roll out
Aiding property management department with administrations tasks - company will teach you!
Management of entire key register process and trades management
General office duties to ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times
Handling mail distribution throughout office

Previous administration experience highly favoured
Strong written and verbal communication
