Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Western Australia on a casual basis.
n
This role will involve providing high‐quality clinical care to clients in their homes, supporting their health and wellbeing, and completing comprehensive clinical assessments and care plan reviews.
n
A company vehicle is available for client visits, and the successful candidate will be required to report to our WA office.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and care plan reviews.
n
Provide high‐quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
n
Perform clinical procedures and treatments as required.
n
Manage and monitor wounds, catheters, PEGs and PICC lines.
n
Provide enteral feeding and PEG site care.
n
Support clients with diabetes management and pressure injury prevention and management.
n
Provide dementia and palliative care support.
n
Administer medications and provide appropriate clinical interventions within your scope of practice.
n
Identify, document and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
n
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
n
Liaise with clients, families, support workers and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
n
Contribute to the development and review of client care plans.
n

THE CANDIDATE
n
We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing high‐quality care in the community.
n
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
n
Current and unrestricted driver's licence.
n
Ability to travel to clients' homes for community visits.
n
Ability to report to our WA office.
n
Strong communication, organisation and clinical documentation skills.
n
n
