BaptistCare NSW & ACT's Blue Hills Manor aged care home in Prestons is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide high‐level clinical support, lead assessment, and mentor Registered Nurses in the home.
You will specialise in areas such as palliative and dementia care while delivering hands-on clinical leadership, care planning, and education to the team.
The role is permanent part‐time, 52 hours per fortnight, with a competitive hourly rate.
