This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our established Brisbane team, running a 360-degree desk within the specialized Health, Safety & Environment (HSE/HSQ) space. You will manage a dedicated portfolio recruiting across commercial construction, civil infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. Stepping onto a warm desk with active temporary placements, immediate commission potential, and a strong brand presence, you won't just be fulfilling orders-you will actively engage in proactive business development, candidate mapping, and face-to-face site visits. We warmly welcome experienced 360 recruiters as well as high-volume Blue Collar, Trades & Labor, or Industrial consultants eager to transition into specialized white-collar safety recruitment.

Your Responsibilities

Driving Business Development: Actively engage in target-led sales activity, networking,



and outreach to expand client relationships across construction and manufacturing.
n
Site Visits & Client Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face site visits to build trust, understand client operations, and win specialized job requirements.
n
Specialized Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, map, and pipeline high-quality health and safety advisers and managers across Queensland.
n
End-to-End 360° Recruitment: Partner with clients and candidates to deliver seamless recruitment solutions across both temporary and permanent vacancies.
n
Pipeline Management: Maintain high standards of administration, database logging, and pipeline tracking.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Recruitment Experience: Prior agency recruitment experience-candidates with a background in blue collar, industrial, trades & labour, or high-volume white collar construction recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply, as these skills transfer seamlessly into safety recruitment.
n
Commercial & Proactive Mindset: Comfortable conducting proactive sales activity, site visits, and headhunting rather than relying solely on inbound job flow.

Strong Effort & Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and collaborative individual who values team performance and relationship-building.
n
Sector Interest: Openness or background in recruiting across civil/commercial construction or manufacturing environments.
n
Logistics & Working Rights: Holds full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence for client site visits.
