Oral Health Victoria (OHV) seeks a Patient Access Officer to join the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
The role provides administrative support to the Integrated Specialist Care team, is customer facing, and focuses on delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities include greeting and check-in, registration and documentation, handling fees, inbound/outbound calls, interpreters, and ad-hoc admin support for clinicians and stakeholders.
