passionate Lead Educator

Busy Learners Early Education Centre

Location:
Inala
Hours:
Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
Pay:
From $*****/hr + Super for qualified applicants
About the Role
As a
Lead Educator
, you'll have the opportunity to lead your room with creativity and confidence, inspire your team and create meaningful learning experiences for children.
You will:
Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs for children aged 0–5
Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
Build genuine relationships with children and families
Support high‐quality practices and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card
Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming




Confidence to lead, mentor and inspire a team
A genuine passion for early childhood education
