n Position Descriptor:
n Leadership in the professional development and implementation of self-regulation and trauma informed practices and working closely with leaders, staff, students and families to support consistency and continuity of embedded agreed practices.
n Effectively supports Mainstream, IELP students and at-risk students, including supporting the development of the learning plans and alternate learning programs and their transition into and from school.
n Supports the management of exiting IELP students and student transition to secondary school.
n Provide instructional leadership in curriculum development and teacher pedagogies to improve learning outcomes for all students, with a particular focus on Aboriginal students,



and at the same time embedding Aboriginal Perspectives into school culture and practices.
n - Shared responsibility of behaviour management and implementation of the SEE for students in Years F-6 in collaboration with other leaders and case management of students at risk
n Please note that part time and adaptable arrangements will be considered.
