About the role
n
Reporting to a Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned, outage and breakdown maintenance activities across a diverse range of electrical plant and equipment. Based onsite at Bayswater Power Station, this role is 4-days a week, Tuesday to Friday.
n
Working within a multi-disciplinary maintenance team, you'll apply your technical experience to diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment issues and support plant reliability, availability and operational performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex industrial setting where safety, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the centre of everything we do.

What You Will be Doing
n
n
Perform routine, outage and breakdown electrical maintenance on power station plant and equipment.
n
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to support plant reliability and availability.
n
Interpret technical drawings, manuals and documentation.
n
Conduct risk assessments and safety checks.
n
Maintain records using SAP and maintenance systems.
n
Support apprentices through coaching and training.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
n
n
About You
n
n
Electrical Trade Certificate.
n
Experience in power generation, heavy industry, manufacturing or similar environment.
n
Robust fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
n
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
n
Ability to work independently and within a team.
n
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
n
