Bendigo Health is seeking a Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor to perform comprehensive assessments for older people across the Victoria region, delivering person-centred care in line with My Aged Care standards.
You will travel for face-to-face assessments within the Loddon Mallee area, with telehealth options for remote cases, provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff, and contribute to high-quality, holistic aged care planning.
