About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Project Coordinator to join a busy engineering and operational environment in Argenton on an initial 3–6 month temporary assignment.
Working closely with two Supervisors and the Operations Manager, you will provide hands‐on support across project administration, scheduling, quoting, purchasing, repairs and operational coordination.
A key part of the role will be supporting repair jobs from initial customer enquiry and quotation through to purchasing, job setup, scheduling and completion.
This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, with a preferred start time of approximately
7:00am
.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple projects and repair jobs.
Set up and maintain jobs within the ERP system.
Support project schedules, budgets, costs and timelines.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and work orders.
Coordinate purchasing and procurement requirements.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project and operational documentation.
Complete timesheet administration and data entry.
Support compliance, reporting and process improvement activities.
About You
You will ideally bring:
Previous experience in project or operations administration.
Exposure to scheduling, budgets and cost tracking.
Strong ERP experience,
with SAP highly regarded.
Experience with quoting, purchasing, work orders or sales administration.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong customer and stakeholder communication skills.
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, mining, construction, maintenance or another industrial environment will be highly regarded.
