Resolver Recruitment is supporting a large multi-office network in filling a Property Manager role on the North Shore.
You will manage a portfolio of about 130 residential properties in a tight 5km radius, building strong owner and tenant relationships with support for routines and leasing tasks.
This is a Monday–Friday, autonomous 360 role with no current business targets, backed by a hands-on network and tools like PropertyTree and Inspection Manager to streamline day-to-day work.
