City of Joondalup is seeking two Team Leaders – Customer Care to oversee daily operations of the contact centre, front counter and reception, and to guide Customer Care Officers in delivering proactive, high‐quality service across phone, email and face‐to‐face channels.
You will lead by example, coach staff, and strive for continuous improvement within a rapid‐paced, evolving service environment.
Salary ranges from $85,864 to $91,188 per annum with up to 14.5% superannuation; closing date 11
