Key Responsibilities
n
n
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management.
n
Configure Position Management, Data Models, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation and RBP.
n
Configure and support Time Off, including leave types, accruals, holiday calendars and work schedules.
n
Experience with PMGM, Recruiting, Onboarding and Compensation is desirable.
n
Support integrations, data migration, Integration Center and downstream payroll systems.
n
Perform incident, problem and change management, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
n
Participate in quarterly release testing and system enhancements.




n
Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis and solution discussions with business stakeholders.
n
Prepare
functional/technical
documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
n
Solid stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
n
