n Help Power Major Energy Projects Across WA
n As a Contracts Administrator,you'll play a key role in supporting Horizon Power's contracts portfolio acrossmajor energy, infrastructure and microgrid projects. You'll work acrosscontract administration, and governance activities while also supporting thecoordination of High Wide Load operations.
n This isn't a typicalcontracts administration role. You'll collaborate with contractors andoperational stakeholders, balancing commercial and contract
administrationactivities
that directly contribute to delivering WA's energy future.

What You'll Do:
n
n
Support contract administration across operational, project and corporate services contracts.
n
Coordinate services orders, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reporting and contract records.
n
Assist with RFQs, contract variations, procurement activities and governance requirements.
n
Support High Wide Load activities, coordinating stakeholders and administrative requirements to facilitate critical project deliveries.
n
Build robust relationships with internal teams, contractors and external vendors.
n
Contribute to process improvements, templates and systems that improve team efficiency.
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Officer, Project Administrator or similar role.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
Knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes and governance frameworks.
n
Confidence managing stakeholders and driving outcomes in a high-volume environment.
n
High attention to detail and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
n
Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering or construction environments will be highly regarded.
