We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring operational efficiency in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 10 nurses
n
Manage daily nursing operations within a busy GP clinic
n
Oversee Chronic Disease Management programs and care plans
n
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and clinical governance
n
Implement infection control, risk management, and patient safety protocols
n
Contribute to workforce planning, rostering, and nursing team development
n

Candidate Profile




n
The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and team development. You will thrive in a collaborative setting and possess the skills necessary to influence positive patient outcomes.

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Current CPR Certification and COVID-19 Vaccination status
n
Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership role
n
Solid knowledge of Chronic Disease Management and primary healthcare
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Understanding of clinical governance and quality standards
