About the role
n
MSS Security is seeking casual Security Officers to join our team at a refinery in the Geelong area. This role is ideal for those who are committed to safety, security and providing exceptional service.
n
Duties include but are not limited to
n
n
Remain alert and observe surroundings to identify and report potential risks or suspicious behaviours.
n
Monitor CCTV footage, access control and radio communication systems.
n
Write incident reports and record occurrences where required.
n
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols.
n
Provide exceptional customer service.
n
n
Ideal candidates will have
n
n
Previous experience working in security, particularly in high-surveillance or industrial environments.
n




Excellent communications skills - written and verbal.
n
Competent computer skills required.
n
Willing to participate in an on-site shadow shift and complete a medical clearance.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Full Australian Working Rights.
n
Victorian Security Licence (control room activity advantageous).
n
Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher).
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
n
Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
n
Current MSIC or willing to obtain.
n
Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
n
