Job Description
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across the business — from construction professionals and cadets/graduates through to corporate support — helping us build the teams that bring our projects to life.

You will be responsible for:
n
n
Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles including construction professionals, cadets/graduates and corporate support
n
Supporting and coaching hiring managers, and developing interview guides and other recruitment tools
n
Applying candidate assessment tools to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions
n
Maintaining structured, well-documented recruitment processes with strong attention to detail at every stage
n
Implementing initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience, including diversity and inclusion strategies
n
Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
n
Coordinating pre-commencement and onboarding processes for recent starters
n
Collaborating on a range of HR projects and initiatives
n
n
We are looking for team members who are flexible, adaptable and enjoy helping others, with:
n
n
Previous experience as a HR generalist or recruiter, ideally with experience managing high volumes of recruitment
n
A structured,



detail-oriented approach with a genuine focus on quality and consistency in recruitment processes
n
Experience using psychometric or candidate assessment tools
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment conditions
n
Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS Excel
n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field preferred
n
