In this role you will be responsible for supporting students through all stages of their training journey, from
enquiries/enrolments
to their completion.

Taking enquiries from potentials students and referral agencies,
n
Processing of enrolments,
n
Completions
n
n
About you
n
Minimum of two years working in an Administration and customer service role
n
Ideally experience using Student and Learning Management Systems
n
A positive can do attitude Willingness to grow and expand
n
A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
n
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
n
Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite
n
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia in addition to a current Working with Children Card is required.
