Role Overview:
n
The short order cook is responsible forsupporting the chefs in day to day operations within the kitchen as well as assistingin food preparation for in-venue and food trucks.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Standard foodprep for in-venue and food trucks
n
Assist chefsin cooking and preparation of Breakfast and Lunch menus
n
Following anddemonstrating correct food safety practices
n
Opening/Closingthe kitchen and required equipment
n
n
Skills & Qualifications Required:
n
n




Minimum 1year experience in a commercial kitchen
n
Current foodsafety certificate
n
CurrentDrivers Licence
n
n
