About the Role
n
We are looking for a full-time Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join the team at Derwent Views in Hobart. This role supports safe, high-quality and person-centred care across the home, with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and strong resident outcomes.
n
You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, supporting audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service.

About You
n
This role would suit an experienced aged care RN with strong clinical judgement, confidence in quality systems and the ability to support best practice across a residential aged care setting.
n
You will have:

Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in aged care practice.
n
Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality systems.
n
Proven ability to analyse clinical data and support improvements.
n
Confidence supporting audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
n
High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively while influencing clinical practice.
n
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and resident outcomes.
n
Current National Police Certificate.
n
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
n
Full-time senior RN role focused on clinical quality and governance.
