About The Role
n
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Technician to join our Service team. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to accurately identify issues, complete repairs efficiently, and meet scheduled deadlines. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and keeping accurate service records are key parts of the role.

In this role you will:
n
n
Perform high quality service and repairs in accordance with factory standards and processes
n
Promote the brand image through reliable, efficient, and cost effective repairs
n
Maintain accurate and up to date service and repair reports
n
Complete repair work and maintenance as per repair orders to dealership and manufacturer requirements
n




Collaborate with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure seamless operations
n
Stay up to date with mandatory factory training
n
n
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
n
n
Qualified automotive
technician/mechanic
with relevant certifications
n
Experience performing vehicle diagnostics
n
Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate workshop systems
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to study, understand, and retain detailed product and technical information
n
Strong team player committed to supporting colleagues and delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
n
Current, valid driver's licence
n
