Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Manager to manage our sales department.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the daily operations of the Sales department
Developing and executing sales strategies
The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department
High-quality customer service
Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a proven track record in automotive sales
Have prior experience in management or as an Assistant Manager/2IC
Be able to build rapport with customers and staff
